IYENGAR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN CAMBRIDGE

Classes take place at the Cambridge Iyengar Yoga Centre
To enrol on an Iyengar Yoga Teachers Training
Course nationwide, you first need a letter of recommendation from your Iyengar
Yoga teacher confirming that you have regularly attended classes for a minimum
of 3years. Following that, you are assessed by a senior teacher to ensure you
are up to the required standard. The course presently lasts for 2 years, with
assessments at the end of each year. Each trainer designs their course differently,
but a minimum of 120 hours each year is the official length of time.
