​Iyengar Yoga Events in the region




​Participants of online workshops should have available the props below and for an intermediate workshop should have a minimum of 2 years' experience of Iyengar yoga practice including headstand and back arches.
The props you will need are:
- A sticky mat
- 4 foam blocks
- 2 bricks
- 1 belt
- A blanket or more
- A chair
- A bolster (if you have)

Practice Pune- style amongst fellow practitioners to build a more inspiring practice and community. 
please email first to check suitability, several years attendance with qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher and regular self-practice a prerequisite. Booking then made via Camyoga website or email. 
Discretionary donation page via Camyoga for those attending where all proceeds will go towards specialist Iyengar Yoga props to be used in these sessions (bandages, weight plates, sandbags etc).
Sessions are free for Camyoga members, Camyoga teachers and their covers.
