National Iyengar Yoga Day is an annual event aimed at promoting
Iyengar Yoga in the UK and Ireland.

In the Cambridge area, Iyengar teachers will be offering 500 free cotton tote bags designed especially for the event, which as well as being a promoting token for Iyengar yoga will contribute in the reduction of our plastic usage and Ahimsa towards the planet.
